Tesco Online Club is a membership service designed to help you make the most of your grocery ordering online. It provides several unique benefits, including saving the cost of deliveries, offering exclusive e-coupons and providing double Clubcard points for your Tesco from Home orders for the first 3 months of your membership.
Once you become a member, any orders you place via Tesco from Home will be delivered to you without a delivery fee – even on the same day, or can be collected at a Click&Collect point of a Service Store chosen by you without a fee. You can also look forward to special e-coupons. Furthermore, we will double your Clubcard points for your purchases in the first 3 months of your membership (points will be assigned on a bi-weekly basis), and you'll get early access to delivery slots 4 weeks in advance – to help you prepare for the busiest times of the year.
As long as you’re a member of Tesco Online Club, you won’t have to pay the delivery fee or collection fee regardless of the value of your order.
However, orders under 10.000 HUF will still be subject to the 750 HUF minimum basket charge regardless of your Membership.
You can use Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment using Visa Electron or Maestro cards.
Once you’re a Member, you can order without a delivery fee every day your plan is valid, if you wish. Just choose the day and time that works the best for you from the available slots.
Yes, you can. Just change the delivery address in the section My account. Then choose the day and time you want from the available slots.
Yes. Once you complete your first order, you can immediately place another one. You can also amend the orders you have already placed. Just Head to ‘My orders’ and select the order you would like to amend. Remember to check out your order to confirm changes.
Right away on any new orders. You can even use it on orders you’ve already placed. All you have to do is amend the order: you can add or remove an item, or change the delivery slot - this action will activate your Tesco Online Club Membership plan and you will not be charged for the delivery. Don’t forget to check your basket before confirming changes.
Yes, you earn your Clubcard points as usual, and during the first 3 months of your membership, your points gained upon each purchase will be doubled once every 2 weeks for all orders you've made. Please do not forget to add your Clubcard to your Tesco Online Account. Please note that this benefit only applies to the first 3 months of your membership.
No, your Membership belongs to your Tesco Online Account and you are eligible for benefits only upon ordering online.

Your plan will automatically renew if you've signed up for the new monthly payment plans. However, you can stop automatic renewal anytime. To do this, visit My Membership page, and follow the 'Cancel renewal' steps.
Your Online Club membership will not automatically renew if you are on one of our legacy 3 or 6 months upfront paid plans. Visit the Online Club home page to purchase a new plan.
You can cancel within 14 days of starting or renewing, or anytime if major changes occur to your plan. Visit to submit your request or contact our customer service team. You can find more info in the 'Contact us' section of our FAQ.
The trial allows you to try Online Club for a month for 10 HUF. During the trial, you can have all your Tesco orders delivered at no additional cost for delivery or collection and you will have the opportunity to book your slot 4 weeks in advance. Please note that the additional benefits of the Online Club, such as double Clubcard points and exclusive e-coupons, will become accessible only after the trial period.
The trial is a month long after which you will automatically move on to a plan of your choice. You will be asked to select this plan when you sign up for the trial, however if you change your mind, you can cancel your plan anytime up until the day before renewal during your trial and select a different plan. If you choose to cancel during the trial, your membership will end on the final day of the trial period.

If you have recently subscribed to a trial plan, you may not be eligible for another trial. You can check your eligibility by logging in to your account and selecting any plan on the Online Club home page.
Just go to our home page, choose a plan of your choice, and select start your trial. Once you're signed up for your trial as a member of the Online Club, you can start placing orders straight away on groceries, without paying an additional delivery cost.
You can cancel your plan anytime up until the day before renewal during your trial through My Membership. You will still get the full month of Online Club as part of the trial. If you change your mind, you can also reactivate renewal to your next plan through My Membership page.
