The e-coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash refund will be given. The e-coupon is non-transferable and is only valid for online orders placed through the specified platform. Only one discount e-coupon can be used per purchase, and it provides the specified discount amount even if the total purchase value exceeds the minimum threshold multiple times.
