Az ajánlottnál kevesebb napozó termék használata vagy a rendszeres újra bekenés elmaradása az eredeti napvédelem jelentős csökkenését okozza. Kerülje a napozást 11 és 15 óra között még akkor is, ha használt napvédő terméket és ne tegye ki magát közvetlen napfénynek huzamosabb ideig!
