Guacamole

Ingredients
*2 cups all purpose flour, *1 teaspoon baking soda, *1/4 teaspoon salt, *1/2 cup butter, *1/4 cup brown sugar, *2 eggs, *2 1/2 cups mashed overripe bananas.

Instructions
STEP 1: Preheat oven and lightly grease a loaf pan STEP2: In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and masged bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Last step & tip
STEP 3: Bake in preheated oven for 65 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn ourt onto a wire rack. TIP: Wrap the laf with wax paper, so it stays fresh longer.
