Ice cream cookie sandwich recipe

Place the cookies in a freezer for at least 25 minutes so they won´t break when you fill them with ice cream. Then take one cookie and place a scoop of ice cream on the flat side of the cookie and place another cookie on the top of the scoop so it looks like a sandwich. You can serve it immediately or keep it in the freezer for later.
