In the “My Orders” menu, you can make changes to your order until 11:30 p.m. on the day before delivery. For Same-Day Delivery, changes can be made depending on the booked time slot—until 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. respectively.

You will receive a text message as soon as the courier picks up your order. This message will include a link allowing you to track your delivery in real time and view the exact estimated arrival time of the courier.
