Preparation and Usage
- Adagolás:
- A tasak tartalma 1,5-2 kg húshoz elegendő, a hús jellegétől függően.
- Felhasználási javaslat:
- A Lucullus húspuhító só növényi eredetű papain enzimet tartalmaz, mely elősegíti a hús rostjainak fellazítását.
- Az előkészített hús felületén oszlassuk el egyenletesen a Húspuhító sót, majd hagyjuk állni két órán keresztül.
- Sütés, grillezés előtt ízlés szerint fűszerezze a húst, a konyhasó adagolásánál vegye figyelembe, hogy a termék sót is tartalmaz.
- A továbbiakban a szokásos módon járjon el a hús elkészítésekor.
