Preparation and Usage
- Elkészítési javaslat:
- A kölest előkészítés előtt megmossuk, majd háromszoros mennyiségű vízben kb. 15 perc alatt puhára főzzük. Mézzel, mazsolával, kókusszal ízesítve édesen, vagy sósan elkészítve köretként is fogyasztható. Lisztjét pékáruba keverhetjük.
