- Ellenőrzött ökológiai gazdálkodásból származó cékla alkotja ezt a sokak által kedvelt és keresett, finom italt. L(+) tejsavas erjesztéssel készül. Az L (+) tejsav segít az italban található tápanyagok jobb feldolgozásában. A terméket pasztőrözik, mely alacsony hőmérsékleten való hőkezelést jelent. Mindez lehetővé teszi, hogy az élettanilag értékes komponensek (pl.: természetes vitaminok) megmaradjanak a termékben. A levek egymással is kombinálhatóak, pl.: céklalé a répalével.
