Preparation and Usage
- Felhasználási javaslat:
- Kocsonyához 4-5 tányérhoz 4 púpozott teáskanál, gyümölcszseléhez 1 dl vízhez 2 csapott teáskanál, aszpikkészítéshez 1 dl vízhez 2 púpozott teáskanál zselatin szükséges.
- A zselatint langyos vízhez adjuk és folytonos kevergetés mellett melegítsük forrásig. A tűzről levéve hagyjuk kihűlni.
- A zselatin forralás hatására elveszíti a zselésítő képességét.
