- Felhasználási javaslat:
- Naponta 5 db (kb. 20 g) gomba elfogyasztása ajánlott, melyet a következő módon készítünk elő: A gombafejeket forró vízben kb. 1 órán át áztatjuk, utána hideg vízzel leöblítjük. Nagyobb darabokra vágjuk, így bármely magyaros ételhez (pl.: vadhús pörkölt) hozzá lehet főzni.
