Preparation and Usage
- 1. A tasak tartalmát 2-3 csapott evőkanál cukorral egy edényben elkeverünk, és állandó keverés közben 250-300 ml vizet vagy gyümölcslevet adunk hozzá.
- 2. Folytonos keverés közben forrástól számítva 1 percig főzzük.
- 3. A zselét kb. 8-10 percig állni hagyjuk, miközben néhányszor megkeverjük.
- 4. Amikor az állaga kezd sűrűsödni, a bevonandó torta vagy sütemény közepétől kiindulva óvatosan a felületre csurgatjuk.
- Tipp
- • A főzőedényben megdermedt zselét melegítéssel ismét folyóssá tehetjük.
- • Ha a tortalapot töltés előtt megszórjuk habfixálóporral, nem ázik át olyan gyorsan a zselétől.
