Preparation and Usage
- Elegendő 500 g liszthez. Megfelel 25 g friss élesztőnek.
- 1. Az élesztőt felhasználás előtt nem szükséges felfuttatni, csak ha azt a süteményrecept igényli (pl. kelt kalács). A tasak tartalmát liszttel jól elkeverjük.
- 2. Az előkeveréket a süteményrecept által megadott többi összetevőhöz hozzáadjuk, beleértve az élesztő felfuttatásához számított és a sütemény egészéhez szükséges folyadékot is. A nyers tésztát az alkalmazott receptnek megfelelően kidolgozzuk. A kidolgozott tésztát sütés előtt a szokásos módon kelesztjük.
